Creating an account with BlackWink is a straightforward, smooth-flowing process.

For starters, the site will ask for your gender. Most of the members are straight men and women but it does not discriminate gay and bisexual singles.

Age is another requirement along with your location. The site will geotag your device's location but you are free to input the correct postal code on the space provided for more accurate information.

Lastly, input the email address that you want to use and your nominated password. Take note that BlackWink will require you to confirm the email address you used through an activation link. Just open your email for the activation process and you're good to explore the site.

Getting in touch with other BlackWink members is easy, but there is not much you can do in terms of communication.

The site has a basic chatting feature where you can send text and emojis, but that is pretty much it. On top of that, the basic feature will only be available once you have upgraded your account to premium.

On the flipside, you can send likes, add people to favourites list, and view profiles as an alternative way to send feelers to your matches.

Overall, the site feels lacking in terms of communication, with its major features locked for premium members only.

You will notice right away that there are a lot of suspicious profiles trying to reach out to you after you have just created your account on BlackWink.

You have the liberty to block and report these profiles, but you will encounter more of these fake profiles as you go through your match list.

This is not to say that there are no real people on BlackWink, actually, there are. However, you will need to take great care of whom you talk to because the site is seemed to be laden with the fake ones.
